Finally got the chance to wear this for a fitting and the plisse fabric is so forgiving and comfortable, plus the trailing sleeves really made it feel unique without being fussy.

I was nervous the sleeves would be too fussy, but they detached easily after the ceremony and transformed the whole look. The plisse fabric draped beautifully and moved with me on the dance floor.

The plisse fabric has this subtle texture that photographs beautifully, and the sheath silhouette kept everything sleek without feeling stiff. I wore the split sleeves for the ceremony and took them off for dancing — having that option in one dress was worth it.
