I was worried the lace might be scratchy, but the scalloped edges along the neckline and hem are incredibly soft against the skin. The subtle flare at the wrist gives the sleeves just the right amount of movement without feeling bulky.

The translucent sleeves are so elegant—they add just the right touch without being too revealing. The scalloped lace along the V-neckline and hem is beautifully detailed, giving it a polished finish.

The Alençon lace has real depth to it, not the flat printed stuff you see on cheaper gowns. The translucent sleeves with that little flare at the wrist made me feel elegant without being fussy. Wore it to a black-tie wedding and got compliments all night.
