The Basque waist on this gown is incredibly flattering, it cinches perfectly and gives the skirt such beautiful fullness without feeling heavy. I wore it to a formal event and the gathered skirt swirled wonderfully when I danced, plus the detachable straps added a nice touch of versatility.

The pearl straps were surprisingly easy to detach, giving me two totally different looks for the reception. The gathered skirt has so much volume it practically floats when I walk.

I was a little worried the Basque waist might not be flattering, but it actually cinches perfectly and the gathered skirt has incredible volume for dancing. The sweetheart neckline stays in place beautifully, and the whole dress feels substantial without being too heavy.
